Struggling to conceive, a couple in their forties are almost out of options – until a sliver of hope arrives in the form or their visiting step-niece. 

An author played by Kathryn Hahn is undergoing multiple fertility therapies to get pregnant, putting her relationship with her husband, played by Paul Giamatti, on edge.

Along with this, they apply for adoption, consider donor eggs and if a baby is actually worth all the hassle? This film hits some harsh truths in the world of babies and expectations today but will also make you laugh along the way.
