Will We Be Seeing Pat Shortt On D’TV Again Soon?

The funnyman from Tipperary has announced that he will be returning to TV screens in 2016 with a new show on the BBC. Details have yet to be announced, however it makes a welcome return for the man who has impressed in everything from D’Unbelievables to Lenny Abrahamson’s Garage.

 Speaking to the Irish Mirror, Pat said “I have been working with BBC for the last couple of years on a few scripts and ideas and we hope to be doing something next year, all going well.”

 This follows is new show Selfie touring Australia and the States, appearing in Matt Berry’s Toast Of London and presenting ‘Pat Shortt’s Music From D’Telly’ on RTE One.

 We can’t wait to see whatever it is he’s been working on, but while we’re waiting, let’s just enjoy this classic:
