Cork Duo Dance to the Semi Finals Of Britian’s Got Talent

Famous Seamus and Seantastic, Lords Of Strut bring it back to the Eighties.

Fresh from their electric appearance on The Late Late Show, dynamic acrobatic duo Lords of Strut brought their satirical, surrealist and silly circus of acrobatics to the screen on Britain’s Got Talent on Saturday night. Former Street Performance World Champions, Lords of Strut Cian Kinsella and Cormac Mohally performed for the Judges and introduced a new audience to their infectious combination of circus, clown and physical comedy, bringing silliness, skill and flair to the competition.. With three yes from David, Alisha and Amanda Lords Of Strut sailed through to the Semi Finals! See below a link to their standing ovation performance. Dont miss the lads on this weeks BGT live shows!

This summer also sees the Lords re-join the all-star cast of THISISPOPBABY’s RIOT, returning this July after a record-breaking sellout run at last year’s Dublin Fringe Festival. A disorderly cocktail of wild theatre, gut-punching spoken word, banging jigs, slapstick comedy and eye-popping circus, RIOT features Lords of Strut performing several of their eye-popping routines and impressive acrobatic manoeuvres.

Infusing the magic of theatre with the excitement of variety and the energy of the dance floor, RIOT is your big night out, with a delicious twist. Its premier run sold every ticket available and broke box-office records while the #RIOTdublin hashtag set Instagram ablaze & exploded on Twitter.

RIOT is both party and politic, a love letter of hope to the future, a clarion call on the state of the nation and a celebration of Ireland. The all-star cast features Queen of Ireland Panti, Emmet Kirwan, (Dublin Oldschool, Heartbreak – originally commissioned and written for RIOT), Up & Over It,  Lords of Strut, Megan Riordan (Once The Musical,  Dublin), Ronan Brady, Alma Kelliher, Nicola Kavanagh and Adam Matthews, with frocks by James David Seaver, and set design by internationally renowned graphic artist Niall Sweeney.

RIOTs new home is a specially re-imagined Vicar Street, looking like youve never seen it before.
